DECISIONS OF THE HIGH COURT OF CASSATION AND JUSTICE
Referral in the interests of the law
As regards the activity of the High Court of Cassation and Justice, in the course of December 2015, two referrals in the interests of the law were published in the Official Journal in relation to certain provisions of the Civil Code and of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2006 regarding the award of public procurement contracts, of public works concession contracts and of services concession contracts.
Criminal Judgment
Two decisions delivered for solving certain matters of law were published in the Official Journal of Romania regarding certain provisions of the Code of criminal procedure and Code of civil procedure.
