JUDICIAL ACTUALITY
During December 2015, certain amendments were brought to the Code of criminal procedure, to the new Tax Code, but also to the old Code of tax procedure.
Moreover, in the same period, other normative acts were amended, such as Law no. 263/2010 on the public pension unitary system, the Government Ordinance no. 39/2015 on tax record, the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 28/1999 on the obligation of economic operators to use electronic tax cash registers, the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 77/2009 on the organization and operation of gambling activities.
Moreover, in the course of December, the Statute on the organization and exercise of the profession of insolvency practitioner was amended.
